All of our coolers undergo rigorous performance testing. Our lab chamber recreates “real” summer temperatures of 90°F/32°C with heat lamps that simulate surface temperatures generated by the sun.
The BackSaver™ System was developed to combat the strain of carrying a heavy cooler. The System consists of a contoured shoulder pad that hugs the shoulder and an offset strap position. Together they work to reduce contact pressure and muscle stress.
Using pressure mapping equipment, the Backsaver™ System was tested vs. a competitive cooler with a conventional cooler pad and strap position. The cooler utilizing the Backsaver™ system clearly shows superior results.
